Nike’s new 2013 colorway for the Laser is very bright and bold. Using a Volt upper and a Citron shot shield creates a somewhat unusual look but these boots will definitely be visible on the pitch.

The upper is made out of premium synthetic materials that are complemented with Nike’s ACC treatment to provide equal grip and control of the ball despite the weather conditions. Currently, I am testing out a pair of Tiempo Legends with the ACC technology, so my thoughts about it will be on the final review.

The T90 Laser does fall into the Power boot category, and they use Adaptive Shield technology to increase shot power, accuracy, and swerve. While all of these attributes are up to the player to improve, the rubber elements could provide a little extra grip but I have personally not tested a pair out which is unfortunate, as Nike may be getting rid of the whole T90 line in favor of the new Hypervenom which does not seem anything close to a power boot.
