Next in the Nike ACC line is the Mercurial Vapor VIII in the Retro/Total Orange/Challenge Red colorway.

To start off with, I would like to say that this is probably the flashiest color of Vapor VIII to date. The use of light blue accented with a bright orange gives this boot a look that is sure to stand out on the pitch. I can see this being a very popular colorway of the Mercurial line, but due to the super flashy look, I could not see myself wearing this specific colorway. (My all time favorite color of the Vapor VIII is still the clean,  Sail/Soar/Challenge Red).

Nike’s ACC technology has also been implemented on this boot, to give players control over the ball in all weather conditions. While I can not tell you how it perform, Nike seems pretty confident in it, using it on all 4 boot lines.

Hopefully I can get a look at the ACC Vapor in person to tell you readers what the texture is like. Stay tuned for more posts later today.
